This sculpture is dedicated to the late local artist Carol Lynne Plec. The Sierra County Arts Council headed this project in conjunction with the City of Truth or Consequences,  the Truth or Consequences Public Art Advisory Board, the Truth or Consequences Lodgers Tax, and the Carol Plec Family.
